2016 Volvo XC90 - Sleek, safe and ready to roll.
The 2016 Volvo XC90 with the Inscription package creates an oasis in the middle of traffic and the daily grind. The driver assist features allow an extra measure of safety and reduce driver exhaustion on long trips. The seats are very comfortable for drivers and passengers of a wide range of sizes and the climate control will keep you comfortable in all weather conditions. The Apple Play integration allow me to keep up with texts, podcasts, maps, etc. with minimal distraction.
Story
With the optional third row seating we can take 7 family members on short outings - at Christmas time we all piled in the car and drive to Downtown Chicago for a night out to see the Christmas Carol at the Goodman Theater.
Pros
The auto start is my favorite feature, I can use the app from my phone to warm up and defrost the car before I go outside or to cool it down in hot summer weather. The safety features allow me to relax on a long drive and enjoy the scenery. The car is very comfortable to ride in and provides great visibility.
Cons
The optional running boards I installed are not really wide enough to stand on and when I get out of the vehicle they tend to stain and mark my trousers. The car does not have the best pickup, I can floor the accelerator and not see much of a surge in the car.
