2016 Volvo XC90 - Love my Volvo XC90 Hybrid
The sturdiness of the Volvo XC90 is exceptional. The safety features, like other Volvos, are second to none. I get 15 miles on the electric engine alone (before it switches to gas), without considering braking recharge. The interior material styling is extra luxurious. The light colored leather has discolored over time because of dye transfer from dark denim, but that is not the car's fault! I have experienced no issues with the vehicle.
Story
I use the in-car internet connection to get work done during endless hours sitting waiting for my kids at their sports and musical practices!
Pros
My favorite feature of the vehicle are the extra contoured seats. The seats in this car are some of the best I've ever sat in. Add to that the fact that I purchased the air conditioned seating package and you have one happy rider!
Cons
This car has so many safety features that they are often beeping or flashing at you, even when I personally would not deem necessary. The good news is that you can shut them off, but the bad news is that is likely a bad idea for your safety!
2008 Volvo XC90 - Great car for small family.
I really like this car. It has leather seats and dual temperature control. The folding third-row seats make this small SUV versatile with room for extra seating or storage. The car gets great gas mileage and was a pleasure to drive on our recent family trip.
Story
We took this car on a fun family trip through Oklahoma and Arkansas. My girls and I rocked the stock stereo and sang at the top of our lungs through the mountains of Arkansas. The stock stereo has an excellent sound.
Pros
Leather seats, sunroof, dual temperature control, and folding third-row seats.
Cons
This car is a little on the small size for a large family but works perfect for our family of four.
