2010 Volvo XC60 - Excellent to drive and to be a passenger in
The Volvo is an extremely comfortable car. Its interior is sleek and easy to use. It has every form of radio as well as the ability to use an AUX chord, USB input, or CDs. It drives well and is easy to maintain. Best car I've ever driven.
Story
I drove to college to move in in the car. It was packed with all of the things I needed to move into the dorm. I also moved out of the dorms in the car.
Pros
It is comfortable to be in. The screens in the backseats are nice for little kids, and the seat warmers in the entire car make winter tolerable. It also is very easy to listen to music on a variety of platforms. The car is easy to clean. It drives smoothly and gets decent mileage.
Cons
The Volvo-recommended long-wear brakes squeak very loudly. Loudly enough for me to go get the entire braking system checked multiple times. It gets good gas mileage, but the gas mileage is no longer competitive compared to newer models of cars.

1998 Volvo S70 - Hendrick Volvo Of Kansas City
Their customer service is amazing. Many of my family members have bought Volvos through them, and the salesmen took their time, and as far as I can tell, did not rip them off. The cars are amazing. I am pretty sure that the car that I own right now was bought new from them (I bought it second hand). Anyways. I have taken it in there and they have it fixed very fast no matter what the problem is

The customer service is amazing. I have had many family members buy through them, and they have all been satisfied. They are very happy with their purchase, and to my knowledge, they did not get ripped off in terms of price or quality. Volvos are a great car and this is a great dealership to have them sold at. Also, they have fixed my car on multiple occasions (all within 2 days).
