Working at an auto auction, I do not fall in love with vehicles very easily, but alas I found my Volvo C70. It's a very sporty car but very safe as well. I feel comfortable cruising the roads by myself or using it as a family car. It is safe and practical, but the real fun begins when you put the hardtop convertible down. It looks like a transformer when the top folds down into the trunk! The gas mileage isn't what you'd expect from a small car, only 18mpg, but it something you can overlook when you love your car! I am absolutely in love with my Volvo C70.
Story
I love taking my car to Daytona Beach and cruising with the top down. Everyone always compliments my car!
Pros
The Volvo C70 actually has quite a large trunk space, which is surprising. You can pack up for a weekend trip and still have room to put the top down. The interior is comfortable for 4 people to ride, unlike the Lexus SC 430.
Cons
The gas mileage stinks for a small car. Volvo is behind the times when it comes to technology. Many modern features are not offered for this model. Also, the paint chips and scratches very easily.
