The Jetta we bought was used. It had 94,000 miles on it, but it drove great. It has a few minor issues, like the check engine light will not go off and it makes a screeching noise sometimes when you turn the key. Other than that, it runs well and we have put quite a lot of miles on it since we purchased it a year ago. It rides comfortably and we feel safe having our kids drive it as well.
Story
We took a very nice drive along a scenic stretch of highway and it was a very enjoyable ride.
Pros
First we liked the look of the car. It was shiny black with silver trim. It was a comfortable ride and drove well. No shaking.
Cons
The check engine light came on about a month after we bought it and continues to stay on. It also makes a screeching noise sometimes when you start it.

I have one of the Volkswagen Jetta Sportwagens involved with the Volkswagen Emissions Scandal. Prior to learning that it does not meet emissions standards, I liked this vehicle. The fuel economy is very good (35-40 mpg) and it has a lot of power. Now, I want to get rid of the vehicle because it doesn't meet US emissions standards and I don't think Volkswagen can fix it without impacting its reputation.
Story
The car has a large moon roof, which is really cool, and it was great when we drove through a display of holiday lights at our local Botanical Gardens. It felt kind of magical.
Pros
I like the fuel economy, the peppiness when driving it, and the fact that it has nice cargo capacity. It's a good family car and has a lot of functionality. I also like that the touch screen controls for radio, A/C, etc. are very intuitive.
Cons
This car does not meet US emissions standards. It also makes me feel like a middle-aged Mom (which I am), but I don't always like feeling that way.

They're very friendly and honest. They provided accurate information. The salesmen do not work on commission, and you don't feel any sales pressure. They have a great care free maintenance plan and very nice customer waiting room. I would highly recommend them to my friends.

Very clean, it seemed newer but I don't think its all that particularly new. People who worked there were very friendly and knowledgeable (unlike another dealer we went to in the same area).
