2010 Volkswagen Golf - Good quality for the price
I had bought this vehicle because as growing up all the my surfer peers had one and I always, always wanted one. One can I say. It was the "what cool people had".
Story
Use it around a lot to go surfing and to hang out with friends. Having the surf board on top of the vehicle, was seriously the zenith of my youth.
Pros
This vehicle gives you great mileage for the gasoline intake, its resistance to many roads and conditions, it's comfortable and affordable. I honestly don't know too much about cars to give a detail description on the rotor, motor, and other mechanical aspects of the car, but all in all I have no minor complaints. I still use it and it still purrs like a kitten.
Cons
The only con I could think of is that perhaps, it's not a very "professional" car which could match with my lifestyle and the fact that it's only a two door (something I freely chose and wanted, so not a con in the broad sense of the word).
2001 Volkswagen Golf - Small Wonder
The Volkswagen Golf may very well be one of the better cars I've owned over the time I've been driving. I liked the roomy trunk that the car has, since I own a lot of fairly high end car audio equipment. Pretty much anything will fit in the trunk despite the car seeming quite small, even a bicycle.
Story
One time we drove around my house with someone sitting on the hood.
Pros
One of the biggest positive aspects of the Volkswagen golf that you'll notice right away is the ample trunk space that this vehicle carries. The second thing you'll notice is how strong the car feels when you really lay into the gas pedal, very strong for a car that size. My favorite feature for sure would have to be the ease of maintenance because of how easy everything is to reach in the motor/underside of the car.
Cons
One of the negative things you'll notice over time about owning a Volkswagen Golf is that very few mechanics work on them because of the lack of availability of OEM parts. Original parts are incredibly expensive for Volkswagen brand vehicles which makes fixing the car with original parts a real doozy.

2012 Volkswagen Golf - David Maus Volkswagen South Orlando
The salesman found the exact car I was looking for and did not try and sell me one they had on the lot. Other dealers were trying to sell me what they had in stock even though it was not the right color.
2010 Volkswagen Jetta - Sun Toyota Holiday
They had no dealer fee, they participated in a car buying service through my financial institution, and they offered a used vehicle warranty that came in handy when the A/C didn't work in my car.
