Our favorite part about this car is the fact that the convertible is a hardtop, rather than a soft top. This reduces the road noise significantly and results in a comfortable ride on the freeway or the side streets. The sunroof is also very large, much more than it is on other vehicles and has great views out the top, even with the hard top closed. Although this car isn't as solidly built as some previous vehicles I've owned (BMW, Mercedes), it is adequate for what it is and does not have excessive rattling. The leg room in the front is particularly good.
Story
We have had a few occasions where we needed to haul something longer from the hardware or lumber store. We've always just taken the top down and used the car as an open pickup truck. We call it our urban pickup and have also just used the sunroof as the trunk, with 1x2x8 lumber sticking out the top.
Pros
The hard convertible top is definitely the selling point for this car. We love the quiet ride you get and the ease of putting the top up or taking it down. The extra large glass of the sunroof is also a big plus. Trunk room is reasonable for a small car and the space can be used effectively by using the lever in the trunk to maximize the cargo room. The trunk can fit two large suitcases without difficulty.
Cons
We did have trouble with the sensors on the hard top and the vehicle required service for that. Certainly the complexity of the convertible function makes me concerned that it could happen again. Also, the transmission can be a little clunky on takeoff. It's not awful, just a noticeable little jerk. I wish it were slightly more smooth.

I love this car! It is a two-door convertible, but it seems very spacious. I live in Miami, and my friends always make me drive to the beach because they love the top being down. As a college student, I do not have a lot of money, but this car has great gas mileage and is very cheap to fill up. I like the size of the car, especially in Miami because the lanes are very narrow, and the parking spots are very compact in order to accommodate the amount of people living here. My one complaint is that with the smaller size of the vehicle, it gets extremely hot. Even if it is not that hot outside, the car will heat up and be almost unbearable until the air conditioning is turned or the windows/top are down. Other than the heat problem, the size is one of the greatest aspects of the car. I am... (more)
Story
My friends and I drive to the beach and blast music every weekend. Those are probably the fondest memories that I have in the car.
Pros
The top pros are: gas, size, convertible, fun.
Cons
The top cons are: heat, recalls.

It is a good car. The car runs fantastic and is fun to drive being a convertible and with turbo. We have issues with small things, like rattling, the top getting stuck, and speakers being replace but we were under warranty so it didn't work out too bad. The engine is great and it is a fun car to drive.
Story
Just driving around looking at the leaves change with the top down!
Pros
Fun to drive and as a hardtop convertible it is very heavy. Handles great in the winter due to how heavy it is.
Cons
Little things have had to be consistently fixed. The speakers, rattling in the car, and a string that was hanging up the top. We had to always be getting these things fixed while it was under warranty.
