This vehicle was excellent for gas mileage. I was a college student when I purchased it and it drove well, was relatively quiet for such a small car, and had a surprising amount of interior space for a compact vehicle. The back seat had the ability to be flipped down to provide larger space.
Story
When traveling through Nebraska with my sister, we saw a dark blur on the road up ahead of us. It was shaped like a bear, so we were terrified that it was. Since we were in such a small vehicle, we crept up slowly until we could tell it was a pile of fallen tree branches and stump.
Pros
Excellent gas mileage. Excellent purchase price. Flexible space. MP3 capabilities. Carried five passengers. Excellent trade-in value. Never needed anything more than regular maintenance.
Cons
Not a lot of leg room in the back seat. Not able to fit a car seat in the back seat. Not particularly comfortable.
