This is the first Toyota we have ever purchased and we have been more than satisfied with it's performance!! The Tundra has been very reliable with few maintenance issues during the 7 yrs we have owned it. I can only remember taking it in twice - either when a warning light came on and/or something happened and I knew there was something wrong ( I just can't remember what it was) Much to my surprise there was no charge and our warranty had expired.
Story
Once we had pulled the truck around the yard to unload something in the shed in our back yard. We had recently had rain and the ground was pretty soft. Once unloaded, we started to pull off only to hear the wheels spinning in the mud. It would not budge and only dug itself deeper in as we continued to move forward. I think the truck sat in the yard deep in mud for 3 days before we were able to... (more)
Pros
I love how smooth the Tundra drives! It truly feels like you're driving a luxury car. I also enjoy the fact that you sit up higher than most average cars and you have a better view of what you're surroundings are and what other drivers are doing. I love the power and the pick up. The V-8 engine never lets me down. When you push the gas pedal it moves without hesitation. We have the extended cab and have fit 6 adults, on a night out, just fine! I am also happy with the head room and how roomy it is inside. I don't feel cramped at all.
Cons
It is very hard to park, though I have been driving it for so long - I still look for a parking space that has 2 empty spots to make it easier to maneuver in. The side mirrors are nice and large, however this can block the view when driving in traffic. The bed of the truck (is big enough for me) but is not as large as you expect for a truck. When hauling furniture it doesn't hold as much as you would think. To my surprise, I could actually put more in my Mini Van. We did not get the 4 wheel drive option and this truck will spin in the mud.

Purchased the 2016 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro due to my family always purchasing/owning JDM vehicles, mainly Honda and Toyota. The Tundra caught my eye due to the attractive and rugged body lines that gave it a "mean look". I opted for the TRD Pro trim as my old daily driver Scion XB was fitted with many TRD parts which I found added better performance at a decent price. I love the TRD suspension, had it on my XB and had to have it on the Tundra. I take my XB to the track occasionally as it is retrofitted with a 2JZ motor with some other enhancements pushing 750hp, but this truck is simply amazing, I love how it handles the curves of the roads, and taking it up the mountains is simply amazing - it's like I'm floating on air as the suspension takes all impact that you barely feel any. I'm a ... (more)
Story
At the local tracks all you see are young kids in their Hondas, Toyotas, Mustangs, etc, and the JDM scene is very big there. Going head to head with Tundra does turn heads as I've been quite a few Civics and Mustangs without breaking a sweat.
Pros
Amazing design, can handle any heavy duty task, and rough terrain is like a knife through butter. The interior is very well built, minimal noise level, amazing navigation/radio system, and seats are extremely comfortable for driver and riders. Truck bed is big enough for about any job you throw at it. Also a fun truck to take to the track or off road, suspension handles amazingly and the roar of the engine is impeccable.
Cons
More options on wheel design, stock rims are nice but would be nice to have a selection. Somewhat expensive compared to lower trim models. Instagram selfie magnet, lots of guys and girls always found in parking lot near my truck taking selfies.
