The Toyota Tundra is the oldest design full size truck, so it may not be the flashiest or have the most technology but its the best on the market for me! Starting with the tires, Toyota has spared no expense. Its original Michelin tires still have great tread with 65000 miles. Most manufacturers use cheaper tires that don't last. The motor is a tried and true 5.7L V-8. Ford is using a smaller V-6 with a turbo that does not last as well as the simpler, larger displacement Toyota. I fully expect this truck to last me another 200,000 miles if I wanted it to. The bucket seats and center console are comfortable, and the ride is very smooth for a full size truck.
Story
Taking it on the beach to watch the wild horses. It never got stuck and blew past lesser vehicles.
Pros
The top feature of my 2016 Toyota Tundra SR-5 is the 5.7L I-Force V-8, with DOHC, 4 valves per cylinder, EFI fuel ejection and variable valve timing. This motor is reliable, dependable, smooth and provides a stimulating driving experience with its huge power and torque ratings.
Cons
The infotainment system or radio is a little dated. It sometimes is slow to respond, and I wish that it utilized android auto for use of nav. The fuel economy could also be better, but is to be expected with a vehicle of this size.

My truck has its ups and downs. I like that I can do a lot with it. I have towed boats, got firewood for bonfires, gone off roading and more with it. It has allowed me to do things that none of my friends are able to do with theirs. It's also great for the weather, it has really aggressive tread on the tires, so I can go out it almost any conditions. It also has a really sweet sound system. I put in some Alpine A speakers into back in high school. I can now always bump in it. However, my truck has it's issues as well. I have had some battery problems with it. Sometimes the battery will just randomly die on me and as well battery acid leaks out a little bit and corrodes the metal things were you attach the jumper cables. Also, the window latches on the back two windows were poorly desig... (more)
Story
I definitely have some good memories with this truck. It was my first car. My parents got it for me when I got my license so that I can get around. That being said I have a lot of great memories with it. I have taken many road trips with my friends. I have tailgated concerts and sports events with it. It has also been a standard for bonfires that I have with friends. It is always there to use ... (more)
Pros
There are many things that I do like about my truck. For one it helps me get around to a bunch of different places. I have put tens of thousands of miles on it, and really haven't treated it all that well, but it still runs well today. It always starts up on the first try, which is nice. It has also allowed to do a bunch of stuff. I really like to take it off roading and take it through the mud, it handles pretty well although my mechanics hate me when I bring it in to them still covered in dirt and stuff all over. I also use it to tow my boat around on it. I don't have a dock to put it on... (more)
Cons
Despite all the things that I like about my truck, there are also some pitfalls to owning. The worst one is the cost of gas. These days, gas is rarely ever under $3 a gallon, so filling up a 25 gallon tank can get pretty expensive. This issue is further exasperated by the fact that the truck gets like half a mile to a gallon (not actually a fact, but minus well be). I feel like I am always filling that thing up when I have to drive it frequently. The truck also has other problems too, though most are them are mostly due to its old age and me driving it pretty rough. The wind breaker flap t... (more)
