It is a great car overall. Very reliable car as nothing really has gone wrong with it over the past 11 years. Still running great with 160,000+ miles on it and I am now using it to drive 90 miles round trip on a daily basis to work. The comfort level is a little lacking, but that may be because I am comparing it to newer vehicles that I own and, obviously, time has changed.
Story
This car has been on many road trips to Las Vegas and many day trips out there. Many a fun times.
Pros
I think reliability is the best thing about this car. Having unexpected bills to pay for a vehicle is the worst and luckily for me, this car has never had any major issues. The car is also very spacious and the rear seats can be removed to accommodate larger items. It fits snowboards great for those trips to the mountains.
Cons
The only down side to this car is the difficulty of taking the rear seats out. I feel like they could have made this process a bit easier.

The Toyota rave 4's is a wonderful car to own. It is very easy to maintain and issues with the car are easily fixed. Parts are easy to come by and the car has been designed to be easy to maintain. The gas mileage is great. The interior is very comfortable, and very roomy. The sound system is above average for a car in this price range. The seats are very adjustable, and there is tons of cargo space. Has all the features you'd expect and is great value for the money. Also has very great safety features.
Story
I love taking my RAV4 to drive in movie theaters! We lay the back seats down and put down blankets and pillows and it's perfect!
Pros
The most positive things were the fuel economy, and the ease of maintaining the car. The user manual comes with very detailed instructions on how and when to replace fluids, items, etc. I found that I was able to do everything myself, very easily, and I'm not very handy.
Cons
You can hear road noise very loudly when driving on the freeway, much more than other cars in this class.
