2006 Toyota RAV4 - Nice small SUV.
The Toyota RAV4 is a good small SUV if you have a small family with one to two children. It runs well when taken care of and is pretty spacious in the back. We have had some issues and things we have had to replace within six months of receiving the vehicle. I don't think this displays how well the car is made, but the previous people didn't take care of it well.
Story
We had a lot of fun looking at Christmas lights with our two year old in this vehicle. We rolled all the windows down and the sunroof and got to enjoy all the lights together.
Pros
Some of my favorite features of the car is how spacious it is. The back seats have plenty of room to put a rear facing car seat and still be able to drive comfortably. There is also a lot of trunk space for hauling strollers and other things. There is also a hidden compartment in the trunk area as well that can hold even more: it is great for groceries. It also is pretty smooth when driving, and the steering is smooth as well. I also like that there is a sunroof on the top.
Cons
We have had to replace the alternator and several other small things on this car to keep it running. The gas tank is also pretty small so a full tank of gas isn't going to last you very long, although it is cheaper to fill up because the tank is small. The back row is somewhat small. There are technically three spots for people to sit with three seat belts, but the middle seat is extremely small. You wouldn't be able to fit three car seats all together.
2015 Toyota RAV4 - My favorite car.
The 2013 RAV4 uses a 203-hp 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive remains standard, but Toyota now offers a choice of all-wheel-drive systems, dependent on trim. The Adventure model we drove was equipped with an all-wheel-drive system that can disconnect the rear axle when needed to improve fuel economy. At our test track, the RAV4 proved to be quicker than its predecessor: We recorded a 60-mph time of 8.0 seconds with the 2013 model and 8.3 seconds with the 2013. The dutiful four-cylinder can be noisy, especially during highway-passing attempts, and the transmission on our test vehicle seemed to stumble when called upon for a downshift. The RAV4 Hybrid—reviewed separately—snapped off an even quicker 7.4-second 60-mph time i... (more)
Story
Driving my daughter home from the hospital.
Pros
The space and design is best thing.
Cons
The speed is not enough I think.

2002 Toyota 4Runner - Mike Shaw Toyota
The salesmen were not too aggressive, offered me food and drink while I was there, and they did not push me to buy something I wasn't looking for.
