This car is honestly the best vehicle I've ever owned, and I've had quite a range of them. It had a long, illustrious life with its previous owner as he used to go on camping and fishing trips frequently, and I not only moved states in the car, but also drove all the way up the east coast. The cloth interior can hold onto grime, but a good detail cleaning will have it looking like new.
Story
For my older brother's wedding, I drove down to North Carolina from Virginia with my giant pit bull to pick up my two younger brothers, my mother, and my brother's girlfriend, then we drove another three hours down to the beach to stay at a beach house for all the festivities. It was a great time with everyone talking and laughing and smashing together in my car, and other than being stuck in ... (more)
Pros
It's the perfect size for me and my dogs. My boyfriend and I have three dogs, two little and one big, and there is no shortage of room when we travel. It's even got a hatchback for our things if we're going on an overnight trip, or on my bad pain days when I need to haul my walker around. It's great on gas for only having a ten-gallon tank. The drive is smooth as can be, and she's just a sturdy, all-around good family vehicle.
Cons
Being so low to the ground can be a little rough on country roads, but it's not so much so that it's impossible. I just use extra care so I don't fiddle with the alignment. Since I bought the car, I've also had an intermittent battery light on, though there's nothing wrong at all with the electrical system that any mechanic I've taken to has discovered so far.

My Toyota Matrix is an excellent car that has worked well for my college usage. It has never shown any trouble, however I do take it to the mechanic for regular service. It has a good build that allows me to fit everything I need into it including luggage, instruments, and multiple friends. It steers well, and the brakes have been consistently strong and quick to respond. The car does not have a lot of power, though, and sometimes takes its time going up hills. Also, the lack of four wheel drive can make it difficult to drive in the winter. I bought this car used and it had over 100,000 miles on it but it has never given me trouble. The basic model of the Matrix has mostly manual controls for things like the mirrors and steering wheel. This is fine with me and I like the way it is shap... (more)

They had a great selection of cars on the front lot. Their sales associate was not pushy and helped me find the right car for me. I also really appreciated the no haggle pricing which made the entire experience much less stressful for me.

Excellent service by the person working with me. Really took the time to understand my unique needs and came up with a car and payment plan that worked for me. Would go back again in a second.
