I love the Toyota Highlander because it is so big and comfortable. I have never owned a Toyota, and I love the driving experience. The only thing I dislike is the automatic unlock and the no key ignition. I'm getting used to it, but it took some adjusting to not leave my keys in the car. I do like that I can open the trunk with the key fob, very handy when grocery shopping or when you have your hands full.
Story
My family and I routinely drive this car from San Diego to Phoenix. It is a comfortable ride for a long trip; my dog loves it too!
Pros
The most positive thing about this vehicle is that it can fit my entire family, and then some! It always cools down quickly with the front and rear A/C, which is helpful in the summer because then I don't worry that the people in the back are too hot. I also love the seat warmers on a chilly morning.
Cons
The top negative thing about this vehicle is just that it is expensive to fill up the gas tank. I would not change anything about the vehicle itself.

My family loves our Toyota Highlander. We've owned plenty Toyotas in the past, and after taking a 10-year break from owning one, finally came back to the brand. Some of the great things about the vehicle are its seating for 7, decent fuel mileage and good power for passing trucks.
Story
We love taking our Toyota Highlander skiing. The whole family eagerly loads up for a nice weekend on the slopes.
Pros
We love the panorama glass roof, which makes the cabin feel open and not cramped. The subtle blue interior lighting offers a nice visual touch and is practical, adding just the right amount of ambient lighting at night. The gas mileage has been surprisingly good, averaging 22mpg in most cases. The engine and transmission work well together and it never feels sluggish or pushed when accelerating.
Cons
One negative comment is the lack of a third seat in the middle row (Limited trim). While the second-row captain's chairs are nice, with a family of 5 it means one person is always sitting in the way back.

They do maintenance so fast, they call you up when it's time to get your car checked. They constantly make sure your car is good and that you are happy with the car. The employees are just fantastic and sketchy, very professional.

Their extremely friendly customer service was what brought me here. My friend had had an equally pleasurable experience and recommended this dealer.
