Used Toyota Highlander for Sale in Los Angeles, CA

We were able to fit a table my dad built for us in the back seat barely! We had to pick it up three hours away and drive all the way back with it. I was so nervous it wouldn’t fit. It took up the entire back portion of the car, with only a half inch to spare. It meant a lot that my dad made this custom table for us and I would have been devastated it we couldn’t have brought it home. But my Highlander came through for us and was the hero of the day!

When my in-laws visited us from South Africa, they wanted to do tourist-things around Southern California which meant mostly things in LA. We live about an hour from LA without traffic which means that we live about 2 hours from LA on most days. My in-laws, my 4 month old daughter, my husband and I all piled into the Highlander to drive to Griffith Park and see the Hollywood sign and the observatory. We were laughing so hard as we tried to maneuver through the tiny little hill streets that led to the observatory. And then when we got to the parking lot we realized there was no parking and we would have to park on the side of one of the tiny hill streets so we had to drive back down, park the car and hike our way back up with the stroller. It was crazy but so much fun.
