My Toyota is great. It's not the most expensive car, but it feels and looks modern. It is very reliable, hardly ever seeming to need maintenance. I'm not a professional mechanic, but I know how to do basic things, such as changing batteries and alternators, etc. Working on this car is easy. Everything is laid out neatly and in a way that makes sense inside the engine compartment. There are little things I notice and appreciate. For example, I once had to help a pair of ladies to take the oil filler cap off of a Nissan. That design was horrible as the cap was inside a narrow hole very hard to get fingers inside and it took me five minutes just to remove it. On my Toyota, routine maintenance like oil checking, changing or filling is a breeze. The oil dipstick is easy to find, clearly sta... (more)
Story
For me, the fun part of using the car is knowing it's there very reliable when it's in use. For example, I always have a good time driving it to a park near where I live so I can get in some good exercise playing basketball. When I'm ready to leave, it's comforting to get back to my car, fling my sweaty things in the roomy interior and know the car will reliable start up and get me safely back... (more)
Pros
A big pro for this car is the price. Toyotas have generally always been a great value for the money. Another pro is the reliability. Toyotas are nearly legendary for their reliability. The looks are pleasant too, always seeming to appear modern even when the car has several years of age on it. The fuel efficiency is another big pro for gas conscious owners.
Cons
A negative for this car is the airbag warning light seems to come on and go off sometimes without explanation. Another negative is the car has been having trouble passing the smog check. Another negative is when the gas gets low it seems to not really be low as with continued driving the gauge shows more gas again, making it hard to know when really low on gas.

I really love how my car is a manual drive. It feels nice, and it is a sport model, so it feels really good driving it. Great gas mileage that is at 42 miles per gallon on the freeway. It feels easy to drive and comfortable to sit in. Power windows on the vehicle are great, no need to use a manual window lever. Car doesn't feel too low to the ground, which is a bonus. The stock stereo system sounds amazing after so many years.
Story
It was during a time that I started to date a woman, and I picked her up in my car. We went on our date, and we had a great time going to the movies and dinner. Later that night, on a side road, we were driving home and another car pulled up next to us at a red light. It was pretty obvious that he was going to race me or just speed off. My date told me to race him, even after I was not showing... (more)
Pros
Manual transmission, sport model, great feel, reliable, stereo system, dependable, quality car, longevity, and seats for people pretty comfortably. The gas mileage for freeway is 42mpg, which helps save money over a truck or other cars. The car does not require much maintenance: standard oil change and new tires are the most you would have to worry about. Toyota is a trusted brand that is why I love Toyota as they keep their vehicles going for very long times.
Cons
The only kind of negative review I could say about this is the stereo has a cassette player, no DVD drive or Bluetooth ability. I could change that myself, so it's not really a true con of the vehicle--granted its manufactured date. Sometimes the key fob battery dies often, and I have to replace it myself, and when I need to get into my car with the dead battery, there's a chance the car alarm will go off. Even though I can turn it off, it's an annoyance, and I could annoy other people if it is later in the night when it happens.

They had a really good selection of certified preowned Toyotas. Sales staff were all very pleasant (not skeezy like some places). Negotiating the price took quite some time (it's a preowned Corolla. . . that's a pretty high demand car), but if you stick to your guns they'll come down to where you want. The facility itself was very comfortable. If your credit is good enough, Toyota's financing offers can be pretty decent.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. Whenever I have to get my car serviced, they provide a nice waiting area complete with internet, food, coffee, and a small cafe. These amenities and the ease of communication with the employees make it easy to keep my car in good shape.
