This is a great vehicle and it runs great. No matter how old the Toyota gets it always gets you where you need to go

2008 Toyota Corolla - This vehicle is so good on gas, it makes no sense.
I absolutely love this car. It has never died on me. It can go for very long distances, without much trouble. It is the opposite of a gas guzzler, it saves me a lot of money every week. The only problem that I have with it is that sometimes I have to power steer really hard and it makes me uncomfortable while driving. The handling is pretty decent, it's not like my mom's car. My mom's car is a four wheel drive, unlike my car which is only a front wheel drive. There are times when I get mad at my car because it doesn't have an aux cord feature. It does not make sense. It really confuses me. The 2007 model has an AUX cord feature but the 2008 model does not and I just don't understand that design decision. Other than that, my car has never given me any problems. Pros
This is an economy car, a little higher priced for that purpose but you get what you pay for. What I was willing to pay for was dependability, good gas mileage and easy to drive. What I got was exactly that. I bought this car new in 2008 and have driven it 120,000 miles and it has NEVER been in the shop except for oil changes, new brake pads and tires. It has been very dependable and worth every dollar I paid for it. It isn't a sexy car, or the best handling or very powerful but it does get around 33 miles per gallon, nice trunk space and decent interior space for its size. Overall, this c... (more)
Cons
Corollas aren’t built to win races. Speed is not one of its strengths. One criticism is that the car can feel more like a boat at times even at full-speed on the highway. It can be slow to accelerate especially from a complete stop. The Ford Focus handles better in its steering, it’s “feel” and acceleration. The Focus, as alternative to the Corolla, has many of the same pros and cons, the biggest pro being that it’s for the flashy rather than the frugal. The customer service is fantastic. Sometimes, car dealerships have hidden charges, or aren't completely honest or fair with their prices. Not so at AutoNation Toyota Scion. All costs are declared openly and upfront, the staff are kind, patient, honest, knowledgeable and understanding. They know how to make a sell without making the customer feel pressured.

This dealer is such a great place to buy any car to suit any persons needs. The facility is in a convenient location near other businesses of interest and is easy to find. The salesmen are friendly and focus on the needs of the customer. The salesman provide reasonable prices without the unpleasant pressure commonly found in the used car industry.
