2013 Toyota Corolla - A great vehicle
I like how sturdy the car is. There are no shakes or rattles. I don't have to worry about anything coming off or anything detaching like I did with my old car. I love the Bluetooth feature. It lets me use my GPS and listen to music at the same time without an aux cord which can be temperamental. I love the interior, it is soft and comfortable.
Story
It is a great car to take to the beach and it fits all of my beach chairs and things in the trunk.
Pros
My favorite feature is the Bluetooth. I also love the power steering, it steers like a charm. It never drifts either way. I love the size, it's not too small or too big. It is big enough to fit everything I need when I move into my college dorm. I love the way the mirrors line up, it feels like I don't even have a blind spot.
Cons
It could definitely have better pick-up. It takes a good amount of time to get up to speed once I hit the gas. It's hard to pass people when it takes so long to speed up. I wish it was a little taller, I feel very close to the ground in it and it is hard to see around bigger vehicles.
2013 Toyota Corolla - It completely meets my needs.
This vehicle met my needs once my previous vehicle was totaled. I previously owned a Corolla and was very happy with it, so I wanted to stick with this model. I found a Corolla that was several years newer and had significantly fewer miles that matched my price-point. My favorite part about buying this car was that I seamlessly transitioned into owning it with little disruption to my routine. Everything was intuitive and did not require an adjustment, something that was very important to me.
Story
I enjoyed taking this car around with my significant other right after I bought it. The experience of having my car totaled and being without one for such a long time was pretty stressful, so finally owning a new car that met my needs was a great relief.
Pros
My favorite features of this car have to be the ease of use and the smooth ride. This car is extremely user friendly. All of the buttons and controls are very standard and easy to use, leaving little to have to get used to when transitioning into using the car. It has an extremely smooth ride, making it an ideal car for everyday use. I know that it is reliable and almost never have to even think about car problems, which is an ideal fit for me.
Cons
The only con I can think of with this vehicle is that its pickup is relatively poor. I have noticed that, even when compared to my old Corolla, this car has more trouble reaching high speeds. This is only an issue when prompt acceleration is needed, and even then it has just required some adjustment to know how much force is needed to achieve a certain speed.
