2014 Toyota Corolla - Great value car
I love my 2014 Toyota Corolla. I purchased the S class version with all the upgrades and love the sound, the navigation, and the "leather" seats of my car. It runs well, it's gas efficient for non-hybrid, and it's a comfortable and quieter ride compared to other cars in the market in the same price range.
Story
It's so small that you can fit into a lot of parking spaces that other bigger cars can't which is great for when visiting a major city or trying to find parking downtown.
Pros
I love the heated seats, the large navigation screen, and how quickly it syncs to my phone. For a small car, it is roomy that I can easily fit a car seat in the back, and the trunk is large to store a folding stroller and other essentials. The seats are easy to wipe, and the most important feature is that it gets over 40 mpg on the highway. As a commuter to work, this is a great feature to have without having to pay for a Prius, which wasn't well suited for the climate I live in.
Cons
The car is relatively light, so it does have a tendency to move around when it is windy outside, and I am driving on the highway. We also have a SUV so, in comparison, the Corolla seats much lower. I also wish the navigation worked a little faster. It can be little slow to input my destination. The worst feature is that the passenger next to the driver cannot work the navigation, as it only lets you do so many thing when the car is in motion. I get that this is a safety feature so that the drive isn't playing around with entering an address into the navigation, but it would be great if the... (more)
2005 Toyota Corolla - I love my Corolla
I love this car. It is the most reliable not only out of every car I've ever owned, but out of every car of anyone that I know. After 11 years it has never broken down or required any expensive repairs. It is not the fanciest or flashiest car, but it gets you from point A to point B safely and economically.
Story
I've been on a lot of fun road trips with my friends in that car. The car is a great highway rider and is easy to clean when you spill crumbs, even though my friends know they aren't allowed to eat in my car.
Pros
The two best things about this car are the reliability and the economy. Over the years I've owned this car, I have only had to have minor repairs other than oil changes and new tires. I've been on several long road trips and never had any concerns about breaking down. It is also extremely fuel efficient and sips gas. For being such a small car there is actually a decent amount of storage in the back seat as well as a large trunk.
Cons
This car is a bit dated and isn't the sexiest car around. It's pretty basic looking and doesn't stand out. It's not the kind of car that you feel cool driving around in. The back seat is also a little on the small side if the passengers are tall.

1999 Toyota Camry - Bangor Car Care Brewer
They were actually terrible which is why they closed. There were many lawsuits. Owner opened a new place, that also got shut down, and taken to court. Upon entering the dealership, it was very crowded. A woman was crying, she was being screamed at by the owner! This was in front of at least 50 other very low income people hoping to qualify to purchase a car. The engine literally blew up in the car she was test driving and the owner was trying to blame her. This man sold lemons, cars that would only get you home. If you were lucky. Signed for one car, and it had electrical problems, they sent us home with a newborn baby in this thing. Took it back got a new car, salesman was incredibly pushy and rude. New car had battery issues, pretended to replace the battery. Come to find out the bat... (more)
2015 Toyota Prius - Berlin City Toyota Of Portland
The transaction was quick and easy. I felt minimal pressure from salesmen. I did research ahead of time, so I knew what I wanted and they didn't try to talk me into a different model. I don't know if I got a good deal, but it felt like I got a good deal, so I walked away satisfied.
