2003 Toyota Camry - Great, reliable vehicle
The 2003 Toyota Camry XLE is a solid vehicle that has held up well over the years. It has required very little maintenance and none of it has been for a major component. All of the maintenance done has been on normal wear and tear items (starter, suspension, etc.). The interior has held up very well with no significant wear and tear. The fabric seats have maintained their integrity over the years. A favorite feature of the car is the climate control system. You can set the temperature and rarely have to adjust it. This makes for a much more comfortable and distraction-free driving experience. Visibility is very good with blind spots minimized. Story
I took it on a 2,500 mile trip and was surprised at how comfortable it was.
Pros
Economical. Audio system. Climate control. Comfortable.
Cons
Not terribly sporty. High resale can make it more expensive than peers. Not unique—thousands of them on the road.
1998 Toyota Camry - It's reliable but definitely has issues
The car was great at first. However, after a few years, the speedometer went out and the roof began to leak. There are also issues with the electrical board and much of the car needs to be replaced. The acceleration is one of the aspects that I still appreciate. It has great control and the ride still feels smooth.
Story
I think the most memorable story concerns the time when one of my tires blew out. Even though the tire was blowing, I was still able to maneuver the car to the side of the road without much issue.
Pros
It has plenty of space inside
the seats are leather and remain in good condition
the turn radius is not great, but is better than most cars I have driven
the gas mileage is quite good
Cons
Electrical board is spotty
the speedometer no longer works and there does not seem to be an official fix for it
the leather in the seats always cracks
again, electrical stuff, it causes issues under the hood and inside the car

Friendly car salesman that was not pushy in the least of what car to buy or even to buy a car from their lot at all. He just came up to us, asked if he could help, said we were just looking, he said no problem, I will be inside if you have a question about one of the cars, gave us his card and left. So different than the last 2 dealerships we had been at that day. I found the salesmen there to be annoying as 1 of them was always trailing us from behind.

Always greeted with a welcome and a smile. The customer care area is great for a snack and a coffee. They have such a friendly staff and the sales rep that I bought my car from helped work with me to reach a final price that was acceptable for both sides. He helped through all of the paperwork and the financing term sheet.

This dealership was very straightforward, they had a good service plan, a good price, and everyone was very friendly. The building was clean and everything was organized.
