1996 Toyota Camry - Piece of work
My vehicle is a 1996 Toyota Camry that is gold and has great features such as the seat material, which I love but are easy to get dirty.
Pros
I love how this car drives but this one that I purchased had a few issues. I had bought four new tires.
Cons
The tires easily pop when on the highway. I usually travel 20 miles back and forth to work. Eventually this car broke down twice on me in the middle of the night. At 12 a.m., I was leaving from getting food, and I heard the car go dead and had to quickly park to get the vehicle out the road because I had my little sister with me. I was totally scared. I don't know the issue today. Still at the shop.
2013 Toyota Camry -
I really enjoy the Camry. It has a great feel to it and is a good driving car. It was not a new vehicle when purchased and have found no major faults with it. I needed a new car since my old one was dying. I have always been impressed with the Toyota brand and since I drive long a long distance to and from work I needed to find a vehicle that could, theoretically, have no major issues for 150,000+ miles.
Story
My little dog really enjoys hanging out with me in the car when we go somewhere.
Pros
I liked the smooth ride, comfortable seating, good handling characteristics and, as a bonus, the audio system is very nice. I can connect my phone through the Bluetooth connection and listen to my music through the car speakers.
Cons
Since it was a used car, and a rental, I found a couple of minor things wrong with it. First the forward plastic bumper skirt is loose in the right front wheel well. The plastic tab, that secures the bumper to the wheel well, is broken. Second: The cup holders in front are designed in such a way that the new 20 ounce Pepsi bottles catch on the holder. Pulling the bottle out of the holder has caused the holder to break. Third, the noise level in the vehicle is a little higher than I like.
