1999 Toyota Camry - The greatness of the Camry.
My 1999 Camry has been the best car I have ever owned. The quality of the interior and exterior is great. I love the gas mileage I get which is still top of the line even for city driving. The car has looked and performed beyond my expectations. I purchased the car with low miles, and I have kept the mileage down, so I can drive this car for years to come.
Story
I remember when I took my car for an overnight road trip. It was only 45 minutes away, but my friend Dillon and I went to a local casino. We had a blast. We ended up winning but both getting sick and having to sleep in the car in the parking lot. We slept pretty good. The interior was very comfy. I will never forget that night in the car. Pros
It has exceptional gas mileage for any gas out there on the road these days. If you need to replace anything, you are able to find parts for very cheap and easily. I loved the four doors and space in the back seat and trunk. It allows for transporting things a lot easier. The car has held its value which is great when looking at a car as an investment and for a long-term idea.
Cons
The way the car looks from the outside. It has the oldish, grams-looking car. I think that it stands out when driving, but that would be the only con.
2001 Toyota Camry - Best car with the best value.
My Toyota was very roomy inside without being to bulky, which made driving, parking, etc. very easy. It is great on gas and I get very good mpg.
Story
My most memorable moment with my car would have to be when my boyfriend and I went on a road trip down south (we drove through 6 states). My Toyota worked perfect and we went from freezing cold winter to hot and humid with no issues. The car worked perfect and I put about 3500 miles on her in a little over a week. It stills runs great to this day.
Pros
Awesome mpg. There are many great things about having a Toyota. The price is very reasonable, especially when you factor in that they last a very long time. My Toyota has almost 210K miles on it and still runs smooth. I haven't had any major issues with it. I've only had to get regular maintenance done (oil change, tires, etc.). It is very durable, my car was hit pretty hard by a shopping cart and it didn't get a dent or scratch. I absolutely love that I have remote start (I live in an area with cold winters so its really great to be able to start it while I'm in the house).
Cons
Because the car is a slightly older model it doesn't have a lot of the technological advances that newer cars have, like the ability to get Sirius radio. It also doesn't have the digital sensors and alert system that lets you know if your tire pressure or windshield washer fluid is low.
