2012 Toyota Camry - Beauty and brawn
The 2012 Camry SE lives up to Toyota's reputation for performance and quality. Beyond reputation the car's sporty lines and luxurious interior drew me in for a closer look. Inside and out the car receives high marks. Its various components come together to deliver comfort in a vehicle that is fun to drive. Inside, the Camry boasts a high quality soft suede upholstery. You glide along the road in command with its modern display and instrumentation that allows you to monitor the car's performance while providing access to various music media, GPS, weather and more. My Camry SE has the V6 engine that delivers an additional surge of power when needed on city streets or highways.
Story
Nothing has been more fun than driving cross country in this car. It's comfortable ride and relaxing interior makes any trip enjoyable. Such is the case when my wife and I drove from Virginia to Nashville, TN, in the Camry. While in Nashville, my wife and I came out of our hotel on our day of departure, and as usually expected, the Camry's automatic locks to unlock the door. On this particular... (more)
Pros
The Camry has many positives, but the two I rate at the top are its use of regular fuel and the low cost of ownership. Unlike other V6s, Camry delivers superior on the road performance using regular fuel. This means, in these days of high gas prices, it takes a smaller bite out of your wallet than many cars in the same category. In addition to saving money on fuel, Camry is an excellent example of Toyota's low cost of ownership. I've been driving my Camry for over five years, and the most I've paid for is a set of new tires and oil changes. Over a five-year span this investment has paid of... (more)
Cons
One downside to the car's technology is the inability to discern which tire the tire pressure display is referring to. This is especially frustrating when one tire's pressure is low and you can tell which one it is with using an old fashioned tire pressure gauge. My understanding is that this problem will be corrected in later models. Otherwise, if I have to nit pick, I might suggest that Toyota provide more USB connectors to accommodate the recharging requirements of passengers using electronic devices other than the driver.
2005 Toyota Camry - Really reliable car. Good for teen's first car.
This was my first car when I got my license. It is a really sturdy car, and my parents chose it because of all the air bags. It is really reliable and gets pretty good gas millage in the city I live in. The car isn't too bulky either, so it's easy to drive. The only problem is it only has a CD player, not an aux cord. I'm not a big car person, but it's really sturdy and has held up really well. It's been in several small accidents, and the damage was always minimal. I like going for drives in the car because it is so quiet. I also like how roomy it is. I can fit a lot in the back seat as well as the large trunk. I have fit my bike in the back seat on many occasions, something I can't do in my parent's cars. It also keeps a lot of gas in the tank at any time, so I don't have to go fill... (more)
Story
I love to drive my car on the highway on the way to the mall. In my mom's or friend's car, the winding road is bad on the car (as well as the hills), but my car is always the best at getting around sharp or winding turns and up and down hills. I feel really safe, and I love to go driving on that road.
Pros
My favorite things about the car is how safe it is. It has a lot of air bags, and it's been highly rated for a long time.
Cons
I don't like that it doesn't have an aux cord. I also don't like that because it's older, It's harder to get parts replaced.

2012 Toyota Camry - Danville Toyota
They had the best price for what I was buying. The salesmen are superb. Easy financing. Fast services, in and out in no time when I bought. Friendly customer service reps.
2010 Toyota Corolla - Steve Padgetts Danville Honda
The salesmen are very friendly, but not too pushy.
I wasn't sure if I wanted a used Toyota or a new Honda, and even though they would've made more on the new Honda, they didn't try to persuade me to purchase it.
Everyone there was very nice to me.
I was able to test drive both of the cars I was interested in 3 times each, because I had a hard time deciding which one I wanted.
