2014 Toyota Camry - 2014 Toyota Camry LE
Overall, I believe that the Toyota Camry is good quality. The build quality is pretty awesome. I haven't had many issues with the car other than having to get new tires (after 60,000 miles) and having to replace my battery one winter while eight months pregnant. I love the large screen size of the audio system, however some of my touchscreen features stopped working around the second year. Sometimes I have to hit the touchscreen multiple times in order for it to choose my selection. Sometimes the touchscreen doesn't work at all. I wish my car had air vents in the back, because my son sweats horribly in the back seat. There is a pretty good amount of trunk space as I was able to fit about five children's bikes (assembled) during Christmas. I am a caseworker and was delivering pr... (more)
Story
I had previously purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry in 2013. I loved that car so much I traded up for a new version in black, because I always wanted to own a black car.
Pros
One of the main reasons I picked this car was because of the large screen size for the audio system. I also like the fact that it has a back up camera and that it reads my text messages to me while I am driving. I also enjoy the fact that I can choose not to have my messages automatically read when I have people in the vehicle with me.
Cons
I don't like the fact that sometimes my touchscreen doesn't work, and I am not able to make selections. I think this should be addressed in the newer models if it hasn't already been addressed. I set the child lock for the first time and have not been able to take it off child lock since. I believe it got stuck after the first time I used it, which I find odd since I did not force it down in any way.
1997 Toyota Camry - The Little Car That Still Does
My 19 year old Toyota Camry may not be the prettiest or youngest gal at the dance but she's reliable, tight, and gets me where I need to be. My Camry has a little over 83,000 miles and has been in a couple of wrecks. The engine is stout and the frame is in great shape. I love that I've never had any major engine work done on her. The metal body has very few minor dents due to the wrecks. The paint has held up over time. The only thing I dislike about it is no CD player or modern electronics. The door locks and windows are manual which give it a very retro feel. Overall a really good car.
Story
It usually hails in the spring time in the DFW area but for some reason my Camry doesn't get any dents. I don't garage it or keep it under a tarp, but for some reason it avoids the battering most other vehicles take.
Pros
The engine is great. Being nearly 20 years old, the engine has held up with no major problems. It was built to last and I love that. The interior hasn't had any work done on it. There are no cracks or fading in the dash. No rips in the fabric seats. The carpet looks new. After the two wrecks to the front end (neither were my fault by the way) the frame held up. I'd almost liken it to an army tank, much to my surprise. Only the front bumper and hood needed to be replaced. Reliable engine, reliable body - what more does one need?
Cons
The only negative things that could be said about my Camry are the lack of electronics. Manual window unrolling gets stale after a while and not having a CD deck or USB ports makes it feel outdated. But the pros definitely outweigh the cons in terms of low mileage, reliability, and tough body.

2005 Toyota Tundra - Tegele Toyota
The negotiation was quick and the dealings were fair. Ultimately, I choose them because they had the vehicle I wanted.
