Simply put, the Toyota Camry just gets the job done. The gas mileage is quite impressive for a car. There is so much power when you enter onto an arterial or the highway. Although this make and model used to not be so much to look at, Toyota has stepped up its game and made the car quite attractive on the road. Sometimes I confuse it with an Acura or Lexus...cars that cost twice the amount. For the power, the efficiency, and the long-term value, the Toyota Camry is a great purchase.
Story
We took this car off road a little bit and drove around on an enormous beach in Charleston, South Carolina testing the handle on the sand. It was quite fun, and we were even able to touch the ocean and hit a wave for a little while.
Pros
On the inside, this model comes with automatic windows, window locking function and plenty of easy-to-access overhead lights. The stereo sounds crisp, even at high volume, and also has a USB port to access music on your phone and charge it at the same time. An additional auxiliary input and Bluetooth connection makes every source of audio accessible. In terms of the performance itself, the Camry's acceleration is impressive, and one can enter the highway without really testing the engine's limits. The gas mileage is agreeable for its size, and the engine seems to never have serious problems.
Cons
The car is quite plain in appearance, especially on the inside. The cloth interior sometimes makes it difficult to clean, as water can sneak under the surface and be difficult to remove. Everything on the dashboard and the middle console is of the same color, making it quite dull. The engine also seems to always have a hesitation when changing from third to fourth gear, like it's waiting for the RPMs to reach a level too high for comfort before it switches. The handling is standard, something one really needs to rely on in the snow or heavy rain.

The car is 21-years-old and I really cannot complain. It still performs well and has relatively solid acceleration for its age. It is comfortable to drive and can still be maneuvered in/out of traffic easily. It's quite versatile for a sedan and drives well in the city as well as rural areas. I was surprised I could fold down the back seats and carry home 84-inch door trim pieces from Home Depot.
Story
Well, I had a scary trip I had to take with the radiator leaking. A friend from New Jersey was in town to see his father and he had no transportation options. I did the trip in segments to keep an eye on the temperature to make sure we weren't in danger. I felt this was a twist to the meaning of the phrase "white-knuckle ride."
Pros
The car looks good for its 21-year-old age and the trick of course is keeping it in the garage. Other than some nicks and small spots here and there no one suspects it is that old. Staying on top of maintenance has kept the engine purring. The seats have retained an ergonomic feel despite the age of the car. The gas mileage is still well above par for a car of this age. I'm elated to have solid A/C given I reside in the stifling hot South.
Cons
I'm happy it's still going, but truth be told I'd rather having something newer because we all know the older the car the closer you are to needing an update. As one would expect several parts have had to be replaced the past few years which dents the old wallet. The electrical system has been okay with the exception of the passenger-side window which has intermittent functionality issues.

the car buying process was fast. They had a large selection of used and new cars. They not only had used and new Toyota vehicles, they also had other make vehicles to choose from. The inside of the dealership was spacious and clean. the environment inside was comfortable and cool. The prices of the vehicles were clearly marked with large letters.
