I have had this car for four years. I bought it with 80,000 miles on it, and it has lasted me 269,000 and counting. It had broken down once, but it turns out it was a blocked cat, and once I unblocked it, it started running great again.
Story
I have a loop de loop near my house, and it handles well around it. It is always fun to drive around it over and over again.
Pros
It drives very nice, and it is incredibly reliable. I am surprised at how good the gas mileage I got was, even on back roads. On highway, when there was traffic, it switched to electric so I didn't waste any gas. I also loved that even though it was the base model, it still had all electric devices. It required little to no maintenance until it hit 200,000 miles.
Cons
The problem I had with the cat was due to a recall on this particular year of the vehicle, which make the engine burn oil. That causes back up into the cat, which caused it to become clogged. It's not an easy fix, and the engine has to be replaced. Despite this, it still ran for 269,000 miles, and now that the cat is changed, the build up has started again, but it took 200,000 miles to get to the point where it is clogged, so it lasts very long despite this. Also, if you just carry extra oil with you, you can correct the issue on your own. It is still running strong.

2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid - Will run forever with few problems.

This car is the most reliable car I have ever owned. I bought it used in 2016 (its a 2008) for minimal cost, but it ran like new. So far I have never had to do any maintenance other than standard oil changes and tire rotations, and some things like shock work which is really just related to the amount I drive the car (7000 miles every 2 months) and how old the car is. It runs really well no matter the weather, and the mileage I get is great. It also has great pickup for a 6 cylinder car.
Story
When I drove it around my community after Hurricane Harvey give out water and food from my window.
Pros
The gas mileage is amazing due to it being a hybrid. It has over 220,000 miles on it, and I fully expect it to get to 350,000. Very reliable car. The care that it has needed has been minimal at most. My brother is able to do most work on it with minimal effort. Also, its not too big that I feel uncomfortable on the road. Its also not so small that it is scary next to trucks.
Cons
The fact that it is a hybrid makes it great, but if the hybrid battery dies is very expensive to replace. Some of the parts are hard to find due to it being a hybrid. Also the electrical system has had a few problems, though nothing major that would affect the car and the way it drives.
