My 1998 Limited Toyota 4-Runner is the most dependable vehicle I have ever owned. This thing is tough. It is 20 years old and acts like it just drove off of the lot. I have never had to replace any major parts on the vehicle. It is a great entry-level four-wheel vehicle. It has enough clearance, without any mods to make it up most trails, and the power to take on any hill. The truck also has plenty of room inside!
Story
I took a group of friends four-wheeling up a mountain for New Year's Eve. We drove to the top and camped.
Pros
It is dependable, cost-effective, and fun to drive.
Cons
It has little power at high speeds.

It has over 400,000 miles on it and runs great. The drivetrain is unbreakable. It's very easy to work on except for replacing the rear shocks. Very capable off-road vehicle. Has one of the best 4-wheel drive systems out of any SUV I have owned.
Story
I have driven it up the side of several 14,000 ft. peaks. We take it camping every weekend.
Pros
Starts every time. Easy to work on. Lots of available parts. No motor problems. It was built to run forever.
Cons
The valve cover gaskets leak and need to be replaced more than on other vehicles. The rear axle seals wear out to fast and need to replace more than on other vehicles. This is a bad problem because diff fluid seeps into the rear breaks when the seals wear out.

This dealer was really easy to work with throughout our purchasing process. There was never any pressure to purchase the car because the asking price is the only price, there is no negotiation. This dealership has worked with us a lot one day after the warranty expired a check engine light came on and they fixed the problem with the car for free honoring the warranty even though it had expired. They also wash our car every time we go get our oil changed and over all are just an amazing dealership

The sales staff seemed genuinely friendly and not fake, selling me things friendly. They weren't pushy and allowed me time to look at everything I wanted to. All the staff answered all the questions I had, and there were a lot. The selection is fantastic, and they keep the cars in good condition. They are willing to work on pricing.
