Toyota 4Runner Owner Ratings & Reviews
Write a Review
2007 Toyota 4Runner - This car for me is very special because it is my first car and I still keep it because it is a very complete car and has all the necessary characteristics to meet my needs.
One of the most important things about this car The ratio of the gears is 0.72: 1. The reduction of the steering is 0.72: 1. The front braking system includes ventilated disc brakes. The rear wheels have braked ventilated discs, servo-brakes, anti-lock wheel system (ABS). The diameter of the front brakes is 320.00 mm and the front brakes diameter is 312.00 mm.
Story
Some time ago I was with my family on vacation in a distant place and I was in a direction that I did not know thanks to my car, I could really find the right address.
Pros
Also taking into account the code for the size and type of the front wheels is P265 / 70 R 16. The rear tires have a size and type code of P265 / 70 R 16. This model has a steering system of the type rack and pinion with variable electric assistance. The steering wheel turns from stop to stop are 3.04.
Cons
One of the things that I did not like about this car is that it has a longitudinal orientation and is in the front of the vehicle. The combustion system used is MPFI (electronic multipoint fuel injection). The engine reaches a maximum torque of 359 Nm at 3800 rpm and its maximum power of 176 kW / 240 hp at 5200 rpm. The fuel tank can store up to 87.10 l. The ratio of the gears is 0.72: 1. The steering gear ratio is 0.72: 1.
1995 Toyota 4Runner - One of the best, most reliable vehicles I've ever owned.
My 1995 Toyota 4Runner (manual) is one of the most fun, best most reliable cars I've ever owned. We got it with 207k miles on it, now it's just about at 220k from us. We got it for $700 at an auction running without any rust and minimal body damage. We gave it a full tune-up, and it runs great now. We put some 32" tires on it, an off-road tube bumper and removed the running boards and added some other little odds and ends. It's really fun to drive with the manual, and we're continuing to build it and drive it weekly.
Story
Going to the mountains in Greenwater a few weeks ago with my brother and buddy. We went shooting and just enjoyed the beautiful woods.
Pros
Extremely reliable. Fun to drive in manual. Rear rolling down window (4Runner was/is the only truck SUV with a rear rolling down window). Great 4WD performance. Lots of replacement parts still available over 20 years later.
Cons
Not the best on gas. Not very fast.
