I love my 4Runner, its built solid and has plenty of airbags to make my family and I feel safe. I have a family of 5 with three dogs and it fits us all comfortably on road trips. The sr5 gets great gas mileage and turns on a dime, way better than the small car I had.
Story
We like to go on small little road trips around our area and taking the entire family makes it easier in the 4Runner.
Pros
The sr5 is very roomy and I love the 3rd row seat feature that folds flat into the floor. It gets great gas mileage on long road trips. The. Backup feature where the vehicle beeps when someone or something is too close is a nice feature.
Cons
The only thing I can c one up with as a con is the roof rack doesn't go all the way from the front to the back of the vehicle, it starts in the middle of the roof and ends at the back. That makes long things scratch up the top of the truck. Another thing I can think of is the vehicle is heavy when breaking, not used to having to press down so hard on the break when stopping.

I have owned many Toyota products over the years, and this has to be one of my favorites. This vehicle has a visually pleasing exterior. It is not boxy like some other SUV vehicles. This truck has plenty of power and pick-up. I can easily go from a dead stop to 60 in very little time. The interior is spacious and not lacking any amenities. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive and is very reliable. I have driven this car from FL to PA many times and never have to worry about it breaking down on me. The quality of this vehicle is apparent from both the exterior throughout the interior.
Story
On one of my trips from FL to PA, I decided to camp in my vehicle. I had just settled in at the rest stop for a few hours sleep when there was a knock on the driver's window. It scared and living daylights out of me as I had just dozed off. It was a man who said he had been in an accident that day and his car was totaled. He was now driving a rental. Pros
Reliability and a Toyota, which means quality. Spacious interior—plenty of room for hauling both passengers and items. The seats fold down seamlessly to form an open bed to easily load a lot of stuff. The seats are leather and wonderfully comfortable even on long road trips. The height of the vehicle gives me a very good view of the road and other cars around me—no blind spots. This vehicle is loaded with many extras and is almost like an RV. Other than minor wear and tear repairs, I have not had any maintenance issues with this vehicle. The gas mileage is very good for an SUV.
