I purchased this vehicle about two months ago before moving to a more rural area. I wanted something with all-wheel drive, good on gas mileage and a reliable and reputable brand. I love the gas mileage and the handling of the vehicle on slick roads. My vehicle has a CD/tape deck and radio which I appreciate, because I have all types of audio. I like the large windshield which makes visibility excellent. The day lights are also useful, since I've moved to a rural area which is very foggy most of the morning. I have a long 45-minute commute to work and the same distance home, and so far, it has been a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Winter driving will be coming soon, and I hope it will handle very well with the all-wheel drive.
Story
I've only had this vehicle a short time, but I moved from NY to PA a few weeks ago, and we have enjoyed the windy and twisty roads all throughout the area here. The car handles well, and when you are going sixty-plus miles an hour, it feels like you are only going thirty. Could be a problem if you aren't paying attention or don't have the cruise control set.
Pros
I love the gas mileage. The large windshield makes it easy to see the full view of the road. Comfortable seats for the most part. Easy driving.
Cons
I don't like the fact that there is no tint of the top of the windshield. The windshield is large, and the small visors don't cut it. My previous vehicle was a Ford Explorer, and the top third of the windshield was tinted so you didn't need to use the visors too often. Plus the back windows were tinted which my daughter appreciated. She often uses her tablet in the car, and the non-tinted windows in the Subaru make it difficult for her to see what she is doing. Only one cup holder in the console. Another free standing up by the radio, but it is very flimsy, and I would never trust it to ho... (more)

I went from a 2002 Outback to a 2008, so that was a big change for me. Overall, I think it's a nice car. It has a lot of room. It's awesome being able to move in and out of college by myself. It also has AWD. I barely slide in the winter and can always get up hills. If you like to do outdoor activities, the roof rack is awesome. I have been able to go kayaking a few times by just buying an attachment for the racks from Amazon.
Story
I really love traveling in my Outback and doing adventurous activities. As mentioned before, I take my kayaks to lakes using my Outback. The attachments aren't that expensive for the roof racks. I've spent many times hiking and camping with the help of my Outback. I recently traveled halfway across the US with my dog in my Outback.
Pros
My favorite part about the car is its heated seats. I love having them in the winter. I also like that even though it's an older car, it still has a place for an aux cord. That's awesome for listening to music in areas where there aren't a lot of radio stations. The speaker themselves are also pretty good quality. I also like that it has an actual holder for sunglasses near the light on the roof!
Cons
I am not sure off the top of my head what the tire size is, but I know it is a strange size. When I first went to get the tires replaced, I didn't have much options of what to choose from. I have a lot of issues with heat shields coming loose also. It's not harmful, but it is a little embarrassing when you drive down the street with a tin can-sounding car.

I really enjoyed going to buy my Subaru from this dealership. They threw in a lot of add-ins like all-weather mats. The young man who sold me my car was really good and attentive. I liked that his father worked there and I could easily detect the vibe of the family atmosphere that was there.

This dealer provided an honest and open environment when I was looking for my latest car. Their sales staff was incredibly helpful and were prepared for every question that I had for them. Follow-up maintenance on my Subaru has been performed by them and their staff has always treated me with respect.
