The Subaru Impreza is a solid, well-built vehicle built for a small family. It offers comfortable seating and great steering. All-wheel drive is standard performing well in snow. The rear view camera is bright providing a clear picture and wide enough angle to see well. The standard sound system is adequate, though, at best. The console is slow and somewhat tedious. Wi-fi, broadband and other audio features are standard. The overall appearance of the Impreza is pleasing if not somewhat unspectacular.
Story
During a snowstorm in early 2018, my wife was hungry for pizza. The shop was open but wasnÕt delivering. With the Impreza, I had no problem shooting up and back and was one of just a few on the road.
Pros
The Impreza is comfortable. Acceleration is decent enough to get you out of the way. The all-wheel drive is definitely nice during winter weather. The Impreza has a good-size truck. Rear seat leg room is roomy enough.
Cons
The sound system on the Impreza is out of date and somewhat cumbersome to use. ItÕs slow and not responsive for a 2016 computer. While the all-wheel drive is great, braking in snow is no better than a standard two-wheel drive.

Like all Subarus, this car is built to last. My family has owned several Subarus over the years, and they have always been extremely reliable. The 2011 Impreza is no different. Aside from its durability, one of its main selling points is the all-wheel-drive feature which is fantastic when you live in an area with icy and snowy winter conditions (as I do). The handling and acceleration are smooth, which makes it fun to drive. There are also a number of ways to adjust the driver's seat, so that it can accommodate both a 5-foot tall person like myself, or a 6-foot tall person like my partner. The passenger seats are comfortable as well. The hatchback model provides ample trunk space, as well as a retractable cover. I can usually fit a large load of groceries in the trunk without having to... (more)
Story
I've taken this car on several weekend trips out-of-state with my partner. Even with our luggage, there's always room to bring back a few souvenirs!
Pros
Durability, reliability, all-wheel drive, handling, comfort, practicality.
Cons
Compact model means limited ability to transport large-size items (e.g., furniture).

Very friendly salesman, they do not haggle price, and they worked with me and a family member who was co-signing to get the best loan.
