2008 Scion tC - Excellent car at an affordable price
I had wanted a Scion TC from the moment I saw it at a car show in Virginia. I've been the sole owner of my TC and could not be happier with it. Scions hold their value and are very dependable. I drive my car for my job and put over 3,000 miles on it per month. I keep up with regular oil changes once a month along with tire rotations.
Story
My most memorable moments in my car is driving along the river/intercoastal with the windows down, sun roof open and listening to the radio on a fall day in Florida.
Pros
I love that the car came standard with all the amenities (i.e.. sunroof, electronic windows and locks, security/anti-theft alarm). The car is great on gas mileage getting 32 MPG.
Cons
I would only have one negative about the car and that is the slight road noise due to the fact the car has an all glass roof so there isn't much sound barrier there. But you can just turn the radio up a few notches or open the sun roof and go for a cruise to melt away the noise.
2013 Scion tC - Favorite car thus far.
I love the Scion TC. It is a lot of car for the amount of money you pay. The stock rims are great; no need to replace. Radio sounds great; pioneer system always good, Bluetooth is a bit plus. Driving is good. Have yet to feel my ride, if you know what I mean. Very smooth and responsive. I have manual transmission which I have always enjoyed. Drive is smooth, gas mileage not bad as well. Body style is much to my liking: I think it is a beautiful vehicle. Yes, it is a small 2 Door, but more than enough room inside; looks smaller than it is.
Story
My clients did not think I was in the shop because I had just got this car and they did not expect me to be in something so sporty.
Pros
Bluetooth radio. Mono moonroof. Power sunroof. Sleek design. Value for money. Complete glass roof.
Cons
Did not come tinted. No backup camera. No automatic door lock when you get in and turn on. Push start engine would be nice.
