It's got good speed for a four cylinder. There are a ton of additional aftermarket items available. I like that it's a five speed. It handles well in the snow. I dislike there is no stability control or traction control. It was no extra luxury things, which I don't care about like heated seats or back-up camera. I dislike the low-profile tires I have to replace them more frequently. I've owned the car for seven years and have had no mechanical issues or any issues with how it runs. The car has been very reliable. I like the sun and moon roof feature. I can fit a lot in the back when the seat is down. The transmission and clutch work great smooth shifting.
Story
One memorable time I was at a stop light and saw my car with additional performance parts pull up next to a Porsche. They both took off in a drag race going the opposite direction of me so I pulled a U-turn and sped up to catch them to see who won the race. The Scion beat him.
Pros
My favorite features is that it's fast and can be faster with an addition of a turbo. It handles extremely well and is very responsive while steering. I have not had too many big repairs to the car that weren't routine maintenance. It has good fuel economy I only put 20 dollars in a week. It's comfortable to sit in and surprisingly has a good amount of room inside.
Cons
This car goes through tires quickly even when not driving aggressively. It doesn't have traction control so driving in the snow requires a lot of attention and skill to not slide when braking or going down hill in snow.

2007 Scion tC - I am in many ways satisfied with the overall performance of my Scion TC. Longevity, reliability, and smooth. Still room for enhancements and corrections.

I have had my Scion TC for over tens years now and I must say I have definitely got my moneys worth out of it. I currently just passed 150 thousand miles and the car still runs and feels smooth after consistent maintenance and repairs. There are some issues with appearance and functionality that I am not very happy about. There was a recall on the trunk handle that was not properly secured on the trunk door. The latch would detach after pulling on it too hard. The recall took too long and every Scion TC that I saw had the same problem. I noticed that, like many other Scion TC's that I saw on the road, the body had dents and scratches, as well as the rims being scratched.
Story
I was able to use the vehicle to help make me money for years. I worked many days making deliveries, both long and short distances. I spent hours listening to music and enjoyed seeing many different places.
Pros
My favorite aspects of the vehicle is its handling and reliability. After years of using the car to make constant deliveries and long distance trips, it has held up well even through tough weather conditions. It is very practical and with back seats that come completely down, it makes room for lots of storage space. I also loved that it came with neon color led lights on the dash and a sunroof that slides all the way out.
Cons
After 50 thousand miles the throttle body malfunctioned and had to be replaced. The interior panels now look very faded. The body dents very easily as well as scratching on the rims. Also carpeting on the trunk space gets dirt stuck very easily.
