The Saturn L300 is a decent vehicle overall. The interior did not hold up as well as I would have liked. The seat and steering wheel are worn and there is a hole in the floor carpet on the drivers side. The engine life has been satisfactory. The car was quite affordable and has nearly 200,000 miles on it at this point. The issues with the vehicle have been relatively minor including an exhaust leak and an issue with the emergency brake. Recently the car has started misfiring which had become a major issue but I did not expect to put as many miles on it as I have. The vehicle was my first car and it has lasted nearly three years of driving back and forth to college classes so in that regard it has been very reliable.
Story
I once drove my Saturn on the sidewalk to avoid an accident. It was late at night so there were no pedestrians. In hindsight it was terrible decision but I did not really have time to process the situation. I would not have thought the Saturn a suitable off-road vehicle.
Pros
The car has a six cylinder engine despite how small the vehicle is, allowing for the driver to accelerate quickly to high speeds and impress any ladies who happen to witness. The driver is also able to save on gas as the Saturn is pretty fuel efficient.
Cons
The engine is not manufactured in a traditional way. It is very difficult to locate any components on the car as it seems it was just thrown together blindly. As a result of this it has been very difficult to find a mechanic who is will to work on the car when it has had major issues.

The thing I like the most about this vehicle is the amount of storage space you get. The back row seats fold down really easily. There is plenty of room for all sorts of stuff in the back. As a golfer I have no problem fitting my golf bag in the back end or even just the back seat.
Story
I remember going on a road trip from Oklahoma to Michigan with a few friends and stopping at a drive through and driving through backwards so my passenger could order some food.
Pros
The best part about the vehicle is the amount of storage space. I have never had any trouble fitting anything into this car. It is great if you are moving or even just going on a long road trip. There is plenty of room in the back as well as leg room for you and your passengers.
Cons
The only bad thing about this vehicle is just how low to the ground it feels. I don't think this car would be good for me if I were much older than I am and was having trouble with joints or anything. I am fairly young, so it is not an issue for me right now, but I could for see this becoming an issue in the future.
