My Grand AM has been with me for a long time. In fact it was the first vehicle I purchase when I turned 16. I will begin with the negative aspects. This vehicle did build up some rust on the sides of the undercarriage. As many cars age over 15+ years this can be pretty expected. Another major issue was having to deal with windows breaking down and not working electronically. This is pretty normal for an older vehicle however. On the other hand, this vehicle had an amazing engine. It has never caused issue outside of small maintenance needs like spark plugs and managing the fluids. A crazy detail is that the battery lasted for 10+ years without needing replaced. Typically they need replaced by 5 years. Keep in mind I wasn't very mechanically inclined when I was younger so this slipped b... (more)
Story
Beyond the fact that this was my car when I was a teenager, it was also the car I took my, now wife, on our first date.
Pros
Amazing air conditioning. Outstanding engine that lasts. It drives smooth.
Cons
Windows were a big issue with the electric pieces. Rust accumulated.

The Pontiac grand am that I own is a very reliable car. I've had it for 9 years and it has driven quite well for its age. For example, despite its age the vehicle has maintained surprisingly well in terms of the shocks. From simple things like great space in seating to important things like exceptional head lights. Another surprising thing that lasted well after it should have is the A/C. The car had an impressive A/C system that never seemed to need recharged for the 9 years I had it. On the other hand, there were a few things that didn't hold out as well. For example, the vehicle had issues with the mother board in areas like its anti-lock breaking system. In other words, at times the vehicle would believe it was sliding on ice and would force the breaks to sputter. Although this was... (more)
Story
One of my favorite things would be to go on road trips around my town just to drive by myself.
Pros
Great head lights and a surprisingly long lasting A/C unit.
Cons
Very unreliable mother board that didn't seem to last.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure everything was ready so I did not have to wait very long for everything to be done for me to be able to leave with my vehicle. They answered my questions and explained the paperwork thoroughly so that I understood the terms of the agreement in buying my vehicle.

Anytime I go to Miles, I not only know that I will see a huge selection of great cars, but also great service to go along with it. All of the salesmen that I have worked with over the years take the time to evaluate your needs and find a vehicle that suits you best. The quality of service that I receive from Miles is the reason why I continue to go back each time I'm in the market for a new car.
