2010 Nissan Versa - Reliable, reasonable price and fuel economy.
Overall, the vehicle is very good. I have brought it new at 2010 for around $15,000. I would expect the similar quality of cars would cost at least 15 to 25 percent more. The price is unbeatable for a new car. For now, I have used it for seven years. There's no major repair needed. I only do the oil change once a year. So it don't require much to keep it in shape. I have driven it for a road trip, to work and around the city for fun.
Story
I do have a memorable story but not fun. I had a car accident few years ago. My car was hit from the back. I heard the loud sound and felt the shock. I expected there would be a major repair on it. But it only end up a few scratches on the back.
Pros
My car has a hatchback. Each time I buy some big items or take the groceries out from the back, I can simply open up the hatchback door. It's wide enough to accommodate most of the large items. It's very fuel efficient. I only fill it up once a week. I feel the car build is solid. There was a time I had a car accident, and there were only scratches on the back. It makes me feel this car is safe and very reliable. And no battery issues so far.
Cons
The only issue I have with it is the acceleration and brakes. It seems it is slightly slow on the response. Sometimes I need to step hard on the pedal to get it full stop. I think it has been about seven years, so I need to change the brakes. The acceleration always seems a little bit slow to speed up, compared to the other cars that I have driven.
2015 Nissan Versa - Great purchase
The Nissan Versa is a perfect pick for people like me who want a stylish, affordable compact car that is great gas saver. The car gives me 38 miles per gallon, holds great on the road, and is equipped with all of the perks that would also benefit a person who does not know how to keep up with tire air pressure. It alerts when the air pressure in the tire is too low, reminds you to change the oil, and lets you know when it's time to get gas!
Story
The way it turned heads of envy when I drove it home off the lot and the high I felt just seeing this!
Pros
Good gas mileage. Stylish. Prevents roadside, mechanical breakdown by alerting you of low tire and oil pressure, low gas, and exterior lights issues. Innovative. Affordable.
Cons
Small. Only enough space in the back to hold two adults.
