The Nissan Versa is a reliable, dependable, and durable car. My Versa has driven over 110,000 miles in four years, often up and down the Appalachian mountain foothills. Despite spotty maintenance at best, I've never had a problem with any component of the car. It drives very smoothly, and it's small size and very tight steering has allowed me to squeeze into some parking spots larger cars had to pass by.
Story
The very first time I drove on a road-trip out of state, it was in my faithful Nissan Versa. Despite getting lost at least twice, my friend and I made it and had a blast.
Pros
The interior is very comfortable: not too spacious, yet roomy enough for naps in between college classes. I was, unfortunately, fairly negligent about maintenance my first few years of owning the car, but despite the poor care, it ran perfectly and continues to drive quite well. Nissan Versas are fairly averagely-priced cars, although I think the Versa is the best deal for the money.
Cons
I would buy this car again in a heart-beat if not for its one Achilles heel: the pick-up is terrible. My sister also owns a Versa, and she and I have both have to patiently guide the car into accelerating on exit ramps.

2011 Nissan Versa - It's an okay car.

I currently own a 2011 Nissan Versa. I like it okay, it's smaller than I like in a car. It's not made from the best quality materials. The plastic under the front end is coming off. It sometimes gets good gas mileage, most of the time it doesn't. I take very good care of my car, it's just not the best for high mileage. It also doesn't have the best radio either.
Story
My husband and I took the 20 hour journey to Miami after our wedding in the Versa. Being cramped up in a small car for 20 hours really show if you married the right one!
Pros
It gets me to point A and to point B. The gas tank is small, so it's cheaper to fill up. The parts are reasonably priced.
Cons
The gas tank is small, you have to fill up more often. Not made from the best materials. It doesn't get good gas mileage. I can't pick up radio stations. It's small.
