2005 Nissan Sentra - Its built pretty well for a small car
For a small car, it is built pretty well. If the engine and components are maintained regularly you shouldn't have any problems.
Story
I once drove from forty second street in New York City to Perth Amboy, New Jersey in about hour. That trip would have taken about ninety minutes.
Pros
This car is good on gas. You can except to pay about $20 on gas for driving about 300 miles per week. I have driven this car for over a year without any trouble. The interior of this car, even though it is used, is well maintained and looks great. The parts for this car are easy to find from any seller of auto parts like AutoZone, Pepboys, Amazon, or Carquest. It doesn't need a special computer like a BMW to calibrate it.
Cons
It is very hard pin point what is wrong with this car when something happens. Last time, it took three months to realize for my mechanic and me to realize that my fuel was not working. The problem would just give a mis-fire code. This car is very small model, on the road it is easy to push around because you are always getting pushed around by SUVs and trucks.
2008 Nissan Sentra - Reliable
The 2008 Nissan Sentra was one of the best purchases I have ever made. I have owned the car for 5 years and it has gotten me through terrible Buffalo winters and many road trips. I currently have 110,000 miles and the guys at the dealership joke around and ask me if my goal is 200,000-it is! I haven't had to put any work into the car with the exception of regular oil changes and a change of brakes at 80,000. I would highly recommend this car to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient car.
Story
One of my favorite memories is a road trip I tool across the U.S. With a bunch of my girlfriends. It was a little tight but Olive (my Sentra) got us back and forth safe!
Pros
The best things about the car was the handling, it drives extremely smooth even when traveling above 80 mph. The car is also low maintenance. If I ever needed anything replaced on the car I didn't have to wait forever for the part to be ordered. The car doesn't require any fancy equipment or upkeep, very standard. It is also a great size! Compact enough to parallel park in plenty of tight spaces, but not so small that you feel unsafe on the road.
Cons
There are very few negative aspects about this car. Nothing comes to the top of my head!
