I was looking to purchase a vehicle that would be safe for my kids but I would love driving myself. After looking online for several weeks, the rogue was in the top contenders. I live in a smaller city so we had to drive about an hour to get to a Nissan dealer ship. As soon as I test drove the rogue, I knew it was the one for me. It's comfortable, the safety features are great, and it's not a total mom-mobile.
Story
My boyfriend and I live together. I have my kids during most of the year except summer and he has his kids only in summer. When it came time to drop my kids off at their dad's, I started what was going to be a 4 day trip that every day I drove 10 hours or more. Pros
I love the safety features. The cameras all around the vehicle, the warning sounds when you are too close to a line while driving, and the warning sounds when you are close to hitting something in front or rear is great.
Cons
It is a little small if you have more than 2 children.
