2003 Nissan Murano - Dependable Nissan Murano
The 2003 Nissan Murano is one of the best cars I have ever owned. The interior is very updated ahead of its game. Many times I have people think I own an 2008 or 2009 model and are taken back when I tell them it's only an '03. It is a sturdy build and we have only had to fix a few minor things in the car such as a camshaft sensor in the few years I owned the car. It has 166k miles on it and runs like it has a brand new engine. I love how the back seats fold down to assist with transporting big items. It has been just as much help as a truck. I feel the Nissan Murano really appeals to families that have multiple needs for a car. Whether it is loading up the family and trunk to go on a road trip or it is just taking a drive around town. I would recommend this vehicle to any young famili... (more)
Story
One fun memory I had was using my Murano to move from my dad's house to the house that I would be buying with my husband.
Pros
The positives about this vehicle is that the interior is very updated. The car hasn't broken down since purchase 4 years ago.
Cons
The only negative I feel is that if you need to replace a vehicle the parts for Nissan are expensive.
2003 Nissan Murano - Why I love my Murano
I love my Nissan Murano. It's a 2003 model, and I got it with the black exterior and tan inside. I loved everything about it so far.
Story
The first trips we took in my new car were to see Christmas lights with the kids. We had a blast.
Pros
It is a very spacious car. Plenty of room up front and places to store things. It has a lot of cool features, like a sunroof and dual climate control. It can fit my two kids car seats easily, or I can fold down my backseat if needed. The truck is huge by itself also.
Cons
The only negative would maybe be the headlights don't turn off automatically. I was pretty used to that in my old car. Also uses more fuel per mile.
