1995 Nissan Maxima - It is a great car to get you from A to B
This car belonged to my grandmother, and I bought it off her after she realized that she could not drive anymore. The car definitely has sentimental value as I always remember taking rides in it as a child. I always remembered the sound system in the car and an almost luxurious feel (leather seats, tortoise shell like paneling on the interior sides, etc.). Now as the car's new owner, I find that it has not changed in the 20+ years it has existed. The best part is, the car still has almost all original parts and has yet to have any extreme problems. From my grandma occasionally using it to go to the store to now being used for road trips and camping adventures, this car gets the job done!
Story
Taking the car to the beach in Santa Cruz, CA, from San Jose, CA, and being able to squeeze in five people and all of our items for a picnic (cooler, towels, pop-up tent, ball games, etc.). We surprisingly made it work and everyone was comfy!
Pros
The sound system is fantastic, and the trunk space is ample. I take this car on adventures, and it has been able to uphold all the wear and tear. I love the automation of the driver's seat levers, especially for a car from '95. The best pro is the fact that to car has not had any major issues in 20+ years.
Cons
Aside from the car having an outdated exterior and a bland color, there are no other cons! It has lasted 20+ years, and I am hoping for ten more!
