I like how easy it is to drive this car. I feel like the power steering makes it easy to turn over the steering wheel without much effort. It feels like it just smoothly glides through my hands as I am making my turns. I also like that the steering wheel is leather which feels really smooth and comfortable in your hands. I have owned other cars where the steering wheel has felt like plastic. I actually want to hold this steering wheel for as long as possible. Both of these features combined make me feel like I'm barely doing any work. It's almost as if I am gently touching a firm pillow to direct my vehicle around. Pros
I really value having a back up camera with the vehicle. I am always very nervous and paranoid whenever I have to parallel park. When I first started to learn how to drive this was the one area that I struggled greatly with. I always feel like I'm going to hit someone else's vehicle. It makes my life a lot easier to be able to gauge what is directly behind me at all times. All I have to do is look at the monitor and I can easily tell how close or far away I am from an object. Cons
This car only has a 6 cylinder 3.5 liter engine. I wouldn't recommend this car at all if you like speed or high performance. It was purely built for economy only. I don't like to drive fast at all but the few times that I've tried with this vehicle it doesn't perform well. You can definitely hear the engine and notice the strain on the vehicle. The vehicle and steering wheel will start to noticeably vibrate. I think that this is pretty scary and doesn't make me feel comfortable continuing to drive at a high rate of speed. I upgraded from a Nissan Altima to a Maxima, and the difference was immense! Driving was much smoother and responsive. I loved the interior of the car, and I also had upgraded the sound system to Bose--which is an important feature for me because being on the road a lot, music keeps me sane (especially during traffic).
Story
The very first week I had this car, I unfortunately hit a deer that ran right out into the middle of the highway. Deer was fine, the car not so much. Still it held up better than I expected hitting a deer would. Not exactly fun but definitely memorable.
Pros
Very comfortable. Had all the extras like heated seats, heated wheel, adjustable chair and height. Lovely leather interior (two-toned, cream and black loved it). Ran like butter, no weird sounds, very smooth. Great sound system (Bose). Pearl white exterior, not a lot of cars have this specific pearl white color. Drove the car without issues for four years ~50k miles. Starting the car was easy with a button push, it allowed me to leave the car on but take my physical keys with me. Spacious, trunk too.
Cons
Pretty expensive around 45k. It's a little bulkier than what I was used to, the Altima felt much smaller. It's a pro and con. The Nissan dealership I got the car from wasn't very helpful and pushed things on me that I didn't need. Not great on gas, used a lot for mileage.
