I am very pleased with my Nissan Frontier. Even though I bought it used it stood up well from the 100,000 miles from the previous owner. I have not had any problems other than a random thermostat go out. It gets great gas mileage in its class. My only complaints is that some of the interior seems to be shoddily built. However I do think this is reflected in the price and re-sale price.
Story
I went mudding one time as a joke. It actually was able to handle some spin outs in a dirt field.
Pros
Good gas mileage. Comfortable ride. Good power to size ratio. Easy accessibility in the engine. Very good price
Cons
Cheap interior. Truck bed has been too short for some projects.

2001 Nissan Frontier - Satisfied with the driving long distances. Great on gas miles for a 4x4 truck. Have not had many problems

Overall I am very satisfied with this truck. It give me the ability to drive hours a day and still feel comfortable in it. The interior has held up nicely, and the ability to use four by four when ever I need it is really good to have. The value of the truck does not depreciate as fast as my previous cars. The overall look of the truck is satisfying. The ability to carry people in the crew part of the cab is great.
Story
Taking the boat down to the lake and running donuts in the gravel pit. I took the truck out really early in the morning and gave it a bath. I then drove the truck down to the lake and sat on the truck gate while the sun came up.
Pros
The top positive things that I would have to say about this truck is that it holds its own on the road with very good handling. The truck has had to have very little maintenance, and the maintenance that it has had to have was minor. The half bed is a great feature that I use everyday. The strait drive transmission is a really good option and is very well built for the size of the truck.
Cons
The cons are few with this truck. The first con that I see is that the attachments on the vehicle do not last. The attachments include window visors, bug guards, and the rivets near the wheel well. The second con that I sported is that the truck gate sticks and breaks very easily due to the plastic pins that are in the mechanism that operates the truck gate.
