2011 Nissan Altima - Great family car.
This car was our first Nissan sedan and so far has been a great experience. We bought the with one previous owner and it has run without problems. It has good acceleration and braking. The parts were definitely made to last as nothing has had to be replaced outside of normal maintenance parts. We love that the heater warms up quickly in the car as we get a lot of icy and cold weather here. We have put a lot of miles on the car and it still runs like the day we bought it. So far I have absolutely no regrets and would definitely recommend this car to anyone who wants a mid-sized family car that is reliable and safe.
Story
Last Christmas my family and I went out looking at Christmas lights and drinking hot chocolate. It was very comfortable, kept us warm, and was the first time my daughter had seen Christmas lights and decorations before.
Pros
The Altima provides a smooth ride whether on city or highway roads. Plenty of leg room in backseat for adults and kids. Plenty of power to accelerate coming on and off highways as well as quality brakes. Very roomy trunk that is much deeper than it looks and can fit a lot of groceries. Engine still running smoothly after 150,000 miles both city and highway miles. Never had a problem with the push-to-start ignition.
Cons
Had a recall for the airbag. Interior shows dirt easily and is somewhat difficult to clean. Not very fancy, missing a lot of premium features found in other cars' base models.
2005 Nissan Altima -
We have had our Nissan Altima for just short of 2 years. We purchased it after upgrading from a Ford F150, extended cab. We needed more room as it was hard to put car seats for children in the back of a pick up. I've had an Altima in the past, and knew that Nissan's performance would hold up for daily driving. It's been a solid car the entire time we've owned it and haven't needed any major repair jobs on it yet. Standard maintenance has been enough for us at this point.
Story
We've made many trips in our Altima, but my favorite thing is playing music and listening to my kids sing to it in the back seat. Doesn't matter what song it is or if the kids know the words or not, they just go for it.
Pros
It's got enough space that we can haul our two kids (plus all their stuff) to and from their activities. Also, the drivers seat has enough range that it can accommodate both me and my husband driving it (he's 6'4" and I'm 5'2". That seat moves back and forth a lot). It's also nice to know that the back seat can fit a rear facing car seat, a forward facing car seat and a high back booster seat across the back. Its tight, but 3 kids of varying ages in varying car seats can fit!
Cons
The only negative thing I have to say about my car is that when we purchased it, it had a lot of miles on it already. It was used when we got it, so that's not completely unsurprising. However, we've got over 200,000 miles on it now and it's still going strong.

2016 Nissan Rogue - St Charles Nissan Hyundai Saint Peters
They were okay. I liked their selection of cars. They were very slow and didn't seem to really want to work with me. I liked my initial salesperson, but the second one was very pushy and almost nasty in his attitude. They couldn't close the deal in one day, even though I was super easy to get financed, and I had to spend several hours over two different days in the dealership. I ended up with a fabulous interest rate and a lot of free stuff for my inconvenience which was nice.
2010 Nissan Sentra - Seeger Toyota Of St Robert
They helped me get back on the road after my other car died while on a road trip. I broke down close to where they were at, got towed to their dealership, and they worked with me to make sure I was able to drive a car off their lot the next day. Staff was super supportive and understanding of my situation.
