Nissan Altima Owner Ratings & Reviews

2005 Nissan Altima - Really like it
The Nissan Altima is sure a high quality car. I really like it. I got it from a car repair store. It almost like new. It is silver and the paint is very shinny. I do the maintenance about every two months or three months. I drove it to work, shopping and have fun. The highway mileage is about 35. The performance is great. It is very quite even in the highway when I am driving over 70mph. I do feel some click from the engine when I am on the highway, other than that, it is a great car. The car is very easy to drive. All the parts work great. I really love it.
Story
I sometime can not find it in the parking and I use my key to produce sound to locate it.
Pros
it is very easy to drive and maneuver. The car is very pretty and a lot of people like it. I think I got a great deal. Another thing is it never run into problems. Just need to do a regular oil change and the filter change. It is about it.
Cons
The car's bumper is kind of easy to be damage because it looks like the bumper is filled by cheap plastic stuff. The car got some bumps before, so the paint is easy to get off. The car is light too. Good or bad. Another thing is that there is some kind of click sound when driving over 70mph.
2005 Nissan Altima - Reliable and Easy
The Altima 2005 is incredibly reliable. In my ten years of owning one, I have had to take it to the shop for urgent repairs exactly twice. It needs just basic maintenance aside from that, which is usually fairly inexpensive. The car easily fits people and also gets pretty good mileage, which makes it ideal for long car trips. You can fit three people, their snow gear, and snowboards in it if you flatten one of the back seats. I know because I did that this past weekend!
Story
When moving to my new apartment in the South Bay of Los Angeles, I packed the car so full that there were things hanging above my head! I managed to get all my things in one trip, though.
Pros
Almost everything! The ride is smooth, the mileage is pretty good compared to cars of similar build and size, and the interior and trunk are fairly large, so you can accommodate a lot of people and things - even some furniture if you are moving! I also enjoy that it's not a flashy car, so replacement parts are incredibly affordable.
Cons
The turn radius is much larger than most other vehicles. It's also a very long sedan, so with the limited turning, parallel parking can become a hassle. The interior could use rear air and cup holders, and the original did not come with an auxiliary input, meaning I had to get my own installed, which was not too expensive.
