My Mitsubishi Lancer Sportsback has been an incredibly dependable car. The hatchback makes it a great utility vehicle with enough room to carry around plenty of gear and equipment while still having room to seat five people. My Lancer has been driven heavily over the last 8 years and has not had a single issue beyond standard maintenance. The lengthy warranty is great, however I have driven the car well outside the warranty at this point with no issues. The car is easy to maintain, the exterior still looks good despite ample wear and tear, and it continues to serve as my full time commuter vehicle. The trunk also has a feature where it will drop down to give you additional storage space, this has been fantastic since I use the car to carry around all of my soccer equipment for practice... Story
I picked up my wife and three kids from the airport when we had been apart for about 6 weeks. This is one of my favorite memories and my Lancer Sportback will always be a part of that memory.
Pros
The vehicle is very dependable, cheap to maintain and has plenty of space as far as a small midsize car is concerned. The exterior looks great even 8 years after I bought it, and the maintenance is cheap and fast.
Cons
The seat fabric can be difficult to remove stains from, and if you need a larger vehicle this may not be a great fit for you.

I would consider this car an underdog. Though it shares the same name with its big brother, the Evo, you know the performance roots are going to be present. The one factor that drove me to the Lancer Sport was the fact that it was a hatchback. The versatility appealed to me for my daily routines while maintaining an exciting driving experience. My sport back has 127,523 miles on it now, and I don't plan on getting rid of it anytime soon.
Story
Taking it to the golf course fitting three sets of golf bags in the rear hatch.
Pros
It's a hatchback. Fast 2.0 turbo. Fuel efficient.
Cons
Front-wheel drive.

Good to have at it cost, it's a champion, as smoother as new till date, I prefer not to sell at any cost.
