I've had my 2013 MINI Cooper S hardtop for almost two years now. I've loved the look and brand image of MINI for as long as I can remember, so I was so excited to purchase it! It's speedy, handles amazingly (feels like you're driving a race car), is more spacious than you would expect, and is just fun to drive! I took this on a 3,500-mile road trip this summer, and it was perfect. I really cannot image myself driving any other brand for the rest of my life!
Story
This summer, my boyfriend and I went on a 3,500 mile road trip in my MINI. It lasted two weeks! We started in North Georgia and made stops in Ohio, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, and Missouri. Pros
The pros include it is very fast, it is fun to drive, it's fun to look at (sleek, yet quirky / unique), the brand image (MINI drivers are unique and fun, like the cars), good gas mileage, no problems with parts/service/etc. within the past two years of me owning it, interior is sleek yet unique (looks like a spaceship, reminds me of retro futurism), and it is much more spacious than you'd expect (my 6'4 friend fits very easily in the passenger seat, and two friends can comfortably fit in the back). Cons
The only negatives are that maintenance is pricier than most cars, since it is owned by BMW. Also, having a four-wheel drive option would be nice sometimes, as I am a hiker. I also enjoy kayaking, but there is no way I'm putting a kayak on the roof of this car.

This car has a lot of power for being such a small car. It will get up and go at the drop of a hat. It handles smoothly and feels effortless when moving through turns. Its great on the highway and just as comfortable on the back roads of the neighborhood. It also has lots of nice extras inside and out and makes the drive very comfortable. Its a pleasure to drive.
Story
While driving to visit friends one day my wife had to bump me to realize I was doing 90 and it didn't feel like it. I slowed down but when we got off the exit I put the car into sport mode and hit a few turns hard just to see he squirm.
Pros
On the outside the car has LED lighting which is nice. Nice looking wheels and nitrogen filled tires. Styling is sleek. Keyless access is very convenient. Under the hood the motor moves this car very well while still being great on gas. The adjustable sport suspension is a nice touch as well. Inside it is very comfortable with nice seats. Push button start and big LED screen and instrumentation. Ambient lighting is a nice touch. XM radio and Bluetooth provide great entertainment.
Cons
It's a little uncomfortable if you are a larger person. Getting in and out can be a pain. If you have more than 1 passenger it is a bit awkward getting people in and out of the back seat. Not much storage room in the back.
