This car handles like a race car! MINI offers the highest quality compact car on the market. I know it will take me to 300,000 miles easily.
Story
MINIs on the Mack 2015--2013 and 2015 failed to break the world record for most MINIs on a bridge, but 2017 will be the year we make it! And don't forget MINIs across America, the national road trip.
Pros
This car is so tiny, it can be parked anywhere. It may look like you need to be petite to drive this car, but once you are inside, the leg room is surprising as well as the clearance above your head. It hugs tight to the road and corners great. This car is shockingly capable in both rain and snow, nothing gets in its way. You can count on it to stop on a dime. The backseat is big enough to hold two passengers as long as the front seats are not all way back. The rear cargo area can hold weeks worth of groceries or a hockey bag and gear. Cons
Once you approach 100,000 miles, have some cash saved up for repairs; it will not need many but they will be expensive. Even routine maintenance, such as an oil change, replacement of bulbs or the battery, will always cost more than a domestic compact but the trade off of quality is worth it.

I like the Mini's styling and quirky features, such as its unusual speedometer and dash layout, as well as its roof, which is a different color than its body (black and red respectively, in my case). It's fuel economy is good, averaging about 31 mpg, and it has proven to be very reliable, never needing any major repairs eve after 80,000 miles. However, oil changes can be very expensive at the dealership. Regular maintenance of my Mini can cost about $250 as is required twice a year. Resale value of my car remains high, thankfully, as the whole vehicle line is in high demand and somewhat short supply. I actually had to get my Mini from a dealer 200 miles away because there wasn't one I wanted anywhere in Michigan.
Story
I remember being asked about it by an employee at a fast food drive-thru, lol. That's when Minis were very hard to find on the road. It was nice to have someone be interested in what I was driving, though it caught me off-guard at the time.
Pros
My favorite features include the two-tone body colors, the unusual dashboard, which features an oversized speedometer, its 31 mpg fuel economy and compact "cute" size. It's high-quality and reliable too.
Cons
Maintenance costs can be very high because synthetic oil is recommended. It can cost $500 a year just for preventative maintenance alone. Its fuel economy could also be a bit better, considering the vehicle's small size.
