I think it is very well made, you know when you close the doors and it's a solid sound, not like tinny. The color I chose was an Indigo blue with white bonnet stripes, and the blue color really emphasizes the racing blue for a Mini. It is fully loaded has sport drive which is a plus, gives a really nice ride. Also has running boards which gives it a nice profile, looks lower to the ground. The rims are the alloy sport rims, with low profile tires mounted on a 17 inch rim. used Michel 205 tires. The car has a 6 speed gear box, easy to change gears and nice to handle, quick to get up to speed and acceleration is immediate. I had custom leather seats to match the color of the car put in. Absolutely looks awesome. With the heated seats makes it feel very plush.
Story
I belong to the mini club and love doing the mini shows, and also the mini drives that are available. When I bought my Mini back in 2004, it was really weird, every one that owned one would wave, like we all knew each other. it was really cool.
Pros
I think the best part about my Mini is the size and space it allows for a tall person ( I am 6 ft) Plenty of room in the car. Since I am basically the only one that drives it, no need to have any extra space. When I go golfing, folding the back seats down make it easy to fit my golf bag and my push golf cart in the car. When I changed out the run flats for regular tires, it drove so much smoother and handling was much better. Cornering is amazing and the brake are perfect for such a small car. I get 28 mpg in the city and 32 on the freeway. I have had it in the shop two times for repairs, ... (more)
Cons
The only negative thing about the car is the security of knowing that you have a spare tire in the back....no space for a spare. Also after 8 years, got it's first oil leak.

The Mini Cooper is an amazing little car with a big car feel. Cute, comfortable and fun to drive. The mini is well designed, they thought of everything from comfort to convince. I did upgrade my seats to the racing style that hug like a glove. This car performs amazingly in the city or country. I just love it!
Story
I took an amazing road trip up and around Mt. Rainer with about 30 minis. It was so fun to be part of this group, watching peoples heads turn as we drove by and the smiles on there faces, I will never forget.
Pros
I love the style of my Mini Cooper, it's compact yet roomy inside, like the cockpit of an airplane. The mini gets great gas mileage while driving in the city or on the highway. It hugs the road and corners like a race car, what more could anyone ask for?
Cons
The seat warmers could get hotter and be a little faster to heat up. It would be nice also, if the heat came up on the back a bit higher.
