2009 MINI Cooper - Great on gas and mileage.
The Mini Cooper is a great car for people who are single and have maybe one or children or no children at all. I have never had major problems with my car. The mini cooper is an awesome city car. Its good on mileage and great on gas. When I find my self low on gas, the vehicle preserves the gas somewhat to avoid running out of gas. The car also has nice pickup and is generally a smooth ride.
Story
I learned how to drive using this car and I remember one time I turned the car off without putting it in gear. So scary!
Pros
Great on gas and conserves gas when low on gas. Small size is great for city drivers or single people. Nice interior, has a sleek look, two sunroof windows. Easy to drive, smooth ride, nice pick up on acceleration. The car system easily alerts you when something is wrong or maintenance is needed. Heated seats.
Cons
Can be sensitive at times to the slightest things such as temperature. Does not drive well in adverse weather such as ice or snow. Does not have a lot of trunk space. Sometimes the car can need too much maintenance for minor things. Has a lot of confusing buttons.
2010 MINI Cooper - Fuel efficient but not effective
Car gets great gas mileage and runs reliably with little maintenance. The car has enough power for interstate and city driving. A major drawback though is when the car does need maintenance or repair. These can quickly go up as parts are not inexpensive at all for this car. Great for a small family, but if you have a large family, not going to work for you.
Story
We used this for a cross-country trip from Tennessee to California and back with no issues. Was fun seeing all the sites and roadside attractions.
Pros
Little maintenance needed. Easy on gas. Good gas mileage.
Cons
Not much storage. Little leg room. High cost of maintenance and repairs.
